This Cookie Policy explains how Gozimba Inc. (“Gozimba,” “us,” “we,” “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on www.zimbapays.com and its destination micro-sites (collectively, the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixel tags, web beacons, and local storage. They allow a site to recognize your device and remember information about your visit.

What We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: keep you signed in to your account and keep your session secure, including while you link a bank account through Plaid. The Site does not work without them.
• Local Storage: remembers the departure city you choose on a destination site, and holds the choices you made on the sign-up form for the few seconds it takes to sign up with Google. This information stays in your browser.
• Analytics Without Cookies: we count visits and page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you across websites and reports only aggregate figures.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies or pixels. The aggregate attribution reporting we provide to Destination Partners (described in our Privacy Policy) is generated from linked-account transaction data, not from cookies. If this changes, we will update this Cookie Policy to name the specific provider(s) first.

Third Parties

• Google Fonts: our pages load their fonts from Google, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
• Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google uses its own cookies on its own site during sign-in, under the Google Privacy Policy.
• Plaid: when you link a bank account, Plaid may use cookies or similar technologies as part of the Plaid Link connection process, under Plaid’s own privacy policy.

How to Control Cookies

Most browsers let you block, delete, or restrict cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site, including account login and Plaid account linking, may not function properly. Refer to your browser's help pages for instructions.
